Within the free trial, video messages are kept online for 3 months (with a free trial watermark). If you upgrade, your videos will then be online for 12 months from the date you upgrade (without a watermark).
Within the full paid-for service, your video messages are kept online for 12 months as standard. If you’d like to extend the hosting of your guestbook for additional years there is a small additional charge.
You can download your messages at anytime and keep them forever.
